Ahoy, mateys! We’re Setting Sail for the Kingston Pirate Festival

Avast ye landlubbers and scallywags! We’re hitting the high seas (or should I say, highways) from Haselwood Hyundai in Bremerton for the Kingston Pirate Festival, Saturday June 8th, 2024. This second annual event promises a day of family fun in Kingston, Washington, now weigh the anchor and hoist the Mizzen!

Hitting the High Seas (or the Highways) in the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe

Our journey up to Kingston from Bremerton is a breeze – with the wind at our backs and swashbuckling waiting afore the bow, just a 25-mile jaunt up WA-3. The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe near Tacoma is our vessel of choice for this pirate adventure. With its spacious interior, we have plenty of room for our crew and all manner of booty we’ll plunder for our coffers!

Popping open the Santa Fe’s sunroof, we’ll feel the wind in our hair like a kraken’s caress as we cruise by Port Gamble. The Santa Fe's modern amenities, like a stellar sound system and hands-free Bluetooth connectivity, will keep our spirits filled with the salty tang of pirate shanties! As we make landfall at Mike Wallace Park in the Port of Kingston saluting the old salts and seadogs we may encounter on the way.

Avast! Ye Kingston Pirate Festival

The festivities get underway at 10 am and last until 6 pm at Mike Wallace Park. Ahoy me hearties! Be prepared for a day full of merriment, including:

  • Live music to get your toes tapping
  • Party with the Pirates of the Puget Sound
  • Games and activities to keep the little buccaneers entertained
  • Plenty of food and grog to keep your energy levels up – with local vendors sure to tantalize your taste buds
  • A Costume Contest – shiver me timbers, you look like a proper pirate!

The Kingston Pirate Festival encourages attendees to dress up in their finest pirate attire. So, dig out your eye patch, tricorne hat, and most importantly, your biggest pirate smile.
